We are reopening 25 February 2025 with our new students. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Had an absolutely exceptional, fabulous, gorgeous time with my friends here today. Dining in the cellar room felt like we had gone back in time. A nice feel of classy casual. The level of service was fantastic, with designated friendly waiters continually checking in and keeping us hydrated. The starter/share plates and cocktails were so tasty. Fuss free, and quaint. I look forward to going back.

We had another fantastic evening at The Apprentice. Just wonderful! There was a slight timing delay between entree and main, but the kitchen recovered quickly, and the teamwork was a credit to the students. Well done!
