- CCaseyAlabama •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe were able to get right in even though we were about 30 minutes early. Our waiter was amazing. Most of the meat servers were great and very attentive, however there was only one server who constantly passed our table and treated us like we were invisible. But other than that our experience was great! We have been visiting this restaurant since 2015/2016 and we were not disappointed.More infoTexas de Brazil - BirminghamPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Birmingham•4.6
- JJackNorthwest Florida •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe’ve lived in Birmingham for two years, but this was the first time we visited Habitat Food & Social at the Grand Bohemian. We chose it by their reputation and their Thanksgiving menu was close to our usual Thanksgiving meal. Upon arriving, the valet escorted us to the elevator to the restaurant which is separate from the hotel. The interior is well decorated with a variety of art, furnishings and decor creating a welcoming atmosphere of elegance and warmth. The restaurant has several dining areas. We were first seated in the standard dining room but asked to be moved to the lounge/bar room which offers an interesting view out the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the outdoor rooftop patio. There are also private rooms for larger parties. The meal was excellent beginning with cocktails, three courses with diner’s choice and a selection of wine by the glass. The food was very well prepared and flavorful. Of course, what is Thanksgiving dinner with leftovers, so the server gladly boxed up what was left from our generous portions. On a mildy overcast afternoon we had a delightful Thanksgiving dinner for two. This was enhanced by the attentive staff who provided friendly and timely service. The price was a little more than we usually spend on a nice dinner, but worth the cost. We look forward to stopping by more often, especially to enjoy the rooftop patio when weather permits or just to have cocktails or a light meal in the lounge. Highly recommend.More infoHabitat Feed & Social at Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain BrookPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Birmingham•4.4
- JJennyAlabama •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth's Chris today. It was probably the best Thanksgiving meal I have ever had...the turkey was tender and delicious, as was the sausage dressing. Everything was so tasty. I had the green beans with garlic as a side dish and as a first course Caesar Salad. that was fresh with good dressing. The service couldn't have been better. Frankly, I was surprised at just how nice everything was. Perfect dining experience!More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - BirminghamPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Birmingham•4.5
