Great Valentine’s evening experience! Staff were great, food was amazing, and Joe on the piano set the vibe. Definite recommend!

It was our first visit to the new Dave & Buster’s and we were pleasantly surprised. We knew it would be busy since it was Valentine’s Day and Friday night, but we were seated right away and had a great experience with dinner. Service was excellent and the food was very good. We had fun playing some games, but it was just so busy that we decided to leave and come back some other time.

Valentine's Day so very busy. Reservation was 4:45; seated 15 minutes later. Our server Annica was AMAZING. Very attentive; boxed all our leftovers. Very professional and sweet. The food was exceptional. Only minor issue was one steak was too salty. Annica took it back to the chef and a whole new plate was made. I've never been to a restaurant that replaces your entire plate for one correction. Restaurant is beautiful; plenty of parking. I said moderate for noise because it was Valentine's Day; that's to be expected. I rated good for value because everything is too expensive these days. But the quality of food and taste was worth it. We will be back!

We had a lovely lunch with friends with a beautiful view of the Chagrin Falls. The staff was accommodating and helpful and our server was efficient, friendly, and unobtrusive. Food was delicious and plentiful. It’s a beautifully decorated space with comfortable seating. All in all, a great choice for a pleasant mid-week lunch. My only complaint is the parking meters in the adjacent lots…I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a restaurant where i had to pay a meter to park and dine. Didn’t care for that, as we had to rush out to put more coins in the meters while finishing our dessert and coffee.
