Compliments to the chef and his team, the food was amazing could not fault one bit of our order. We ordered the duck breast, the forge burger, creamed leeks and pigs in blankets and every single mouthful was bursting with flavours. The waiters were really helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

This was a special experience. Lovely calm ambience, friendly and attentive service, and unique dishes. We are lifelong vegetarians and eat a lot of vegan food, but this was out of the ordinary. Our waitress was very helpful and patient while we chose our order. The small plates were generous portions - an entree (perfect muhammara) and 4 plates shared between the 2 of us was more than sufficient. Delicious flavour combinations. My only comment about that is that quite a few have similar flavours, with tahini 'mayo' and chilli sauce, so it's good to choose a selection including other flavours if possible. The blackberry and ice-cream dessert was exquisite. And the bill was surprisingly reasonable. Next time we're in Chester we'll return to sample some other delights. Well recommended.

Highly recommend bottomless brunch, unlimited drinks and pizza. Rielah looked after us and she was fab, always made sure we had a drink.

Had a nice afternoon watching F1 but football commentary was really loud and odd putting and there were no salted peanuts behind the bar, they had run out!
