Splendid, tasty, outstanding experience. A must stop in London.

Outstanding food and exemplary service. There’s a fine line between attentive and intrusive, but James and his team strike the perfect balance, which makes for a very pleasurable, unhurried and welcoming dining experience. My friend had the octopus starter and monkfish main. I had the wild mushroom and garlic starter and mushroom bourguignon main. The food was superb, unpretentious, yet had amazing depth of flavour. We finished with the honey bee tart and a madeleine- both were perfectly balanced, without being overly sweet. A thoroughly enjoyable meal and superb value for money, given the location, quality of ingredients and standard of cooking. I’m spoiled for choice working in the City and living between Highgate / Hampstead, but it was certainly worth the trip across town and I shall definitely be back.

one of the better Ivy restaurants. Always a good standard of service and food.

Despite requesting, as a very regular customer, a table or bar space upstairs we were seated, for our date, downstairs next to a table with young chicken playing games and videos Lilly on their iPhones. This is not good. Exactly why I ask for upstairs. Food always food. Service excellent. Downstairs is not a good place to sit.

the food and servce was fantastic, the staff were very attentive wihout being overbearing. i would highly recommend this restaurant.
