The height of fine dining! The experience of taste that you will go through at Hell’s Kitchen is like no other. You will never look at food or eating out the same way after seeing what they have to offer. The setting, presentation and taste of the dishes, and the efficiency of the staff from start to finish was immaculate. Thank you so much for everything- it was truly a beautiful time.

We decided on the price fixed menu, which at $59 was a true deal. Before you even order your dinner, you are gifted a piece of excellent Parmesan cheese, spicy and delicious bruschetta, amazingly, thin, sliced, and spicy zucchini, and many choices of bread. My husband is a bread guy and they let him have two pieces! I got the chicken Parm and couldn’t finish it. There was just too much food. My husband got the rigatoni with meat sauce, which is what he always gets and he loved it. We both had excellent salads for starters and I had the most delicious and light and airy cheesecake for dessert. My husband loved his chocolate cake dessert. The servers were efficient and very pleasant. there was an item on the bill that provided a space for you to tip your captain. We’ve eaten in many places all over the world and we have never seen that. We were a little bit stumped at how much to leave. We probably under tipped. Wish we had known better.

I was highly intrigued by the ambiance and decor. The hospitality from the management and staff was spectacular. Sarah provided phenomenal level of service. Awesome personality. Her food recommendations were of excellent choice. Everything from the starters to the enhancement for my Cajun Ribeye steak! Even the dessert was something of a splendid nature. Chef’s kiss all around the board. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Morton’s is an extraordinary, top notch steakhouse like no other. Savor the decadence in every bite. Well worth it. I shall return next week during my travels. Thank you Sarah! And to the managers on board, Joanne and Audrey, thank you! What a marvelous job you all have done.

This way my first time at Carmines heard so much about it and was very impressed and food was amazing .

I was at the hard Rock casino in Atlantic City gambling with my family from New York got hungry open the OPENTABLE APP sugar factory was the first restaurant came up I made the reservation 6:30pm When I got to the front desk they sat us less then five minutes I'll waitress came over and took I'll order we all did appetizers and couple of drinks the food came out was delicious hot and awesome my family and I had a great experience I'm going to make sure we tell everyone about the sugar factory in Hard Rock in Atlantic City 5 stars to All of the Hosts at the sugar factory ,our waitress ,the cooked ,the servers , and all the other staff that was working Saturday January 4 2025 all u guys Rock keep up the good work thank you for making my Day
