- WWalterLos Angeles •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe made reservations and were sat immediately. The view is amazing! Our server was Jenn; very nice friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The food is labeled “shareable plates “ but be aware they are small -med size portions don’t expect a big plate. The food quality is good. As an appetizer: We had the queso and chorizo dip. It’s different it’s light and it is served with plantain chips and pita bread . As a meal we shared : we had the skirt steak and it was soft tender well marinated. We also had the chorizo skewers and man were they good. Lastly we had the yuca fries very unique and delicious . We drank the tropical cure which was amazing. Also had glosa the good spirit it was good but nothing special. Lastly we had pisco sour and the pisco painkiller both are to die for. If I had to pick one out of the 2 I’d prioritize the pisco painkiller.More infoCabra - LAPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Downtown•4.7

- SSteveVIPLos Angeles •34 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 22, 2024We chose this restaurant because it was walking distance to the Orpheum Theater where we had tickets to a concert. We had calamari fritti and tomato with pesto sauce and burratta cheese to share as a starter and then each of us chose a pasta dish as main course. The portions are small but the food quality is good. There's a limited selection of wine and they allowed us to try a few to help make a decision. We then had olive oil cake and tiramisu for dessert. It was a about $90 per person which is expensive but about what you expect to pay these days for a meal downtownMore infoMona Pasta BarPrice: Moderate• Italian• Downtown•4.8
