Daytime service is as it always has been: order at the counter and the food will be brought to you in the seating area we have created outside under the tents. Night-time is full service. Our server was Marco and he made us feel extremely welcome and very special. The view was spectacular and the people quiet and friendly. The lobster bisque was great! The steaks were perfectly cooked according to our requests.

Food and drinks were outstanding and the pacing of it all was equally great (meaning staff didn’t just dump all tapas at one time). The drinks were their signature creative spins on an espresso martini and piña colada that were both delicious and unique. Music would not have started until 8PM but we had to leave for the Light Show at Botanical Gardens.
