Restaurants near Air Force Academy Recreation Area

From the moment we entered to the moment we left, it was excellent. Being used to the east coast restaurant scene, we are tough to please and haven't found a place in Colorado Springs that has wowed us. Cowboy Star did. Our server JOSH was top notch. His wine knowledge was superb. Although it's more of a steak forward menu, we had two different seafood options that were delicious. It's a bit pricey. But, we will visit again for sure. We found some WOW in Colorado Springs.

Since my favorite table was not available, we were seated near the door which allowed cold air to blow in — not comfortable. Food was excellent and Amie did a nice job.

We were seated at our reservation time. The food and drinks were amazing. I would defiantly recommend to others and will go back next time I'm in town.

Love tea at the Castle! We have gone over 10 times and tried so many different delicious menus! This Last winter/fall menu wasn't my favorite but it still had some highlights and as always, it was a beautiful presentation and its nice the Menu is online so you can see if its something you enjoy! Thank you to all the Staff for also taking pictures of our group and being so friendly always!

We had a wonderful breakfast with a stunning view. Marketa was our server and she was perfect! She gave us some sightseeing tips too. It was nice to have such a quality restaurant right at the resort!
