Glen-Ella Springs Inn Restaurant is open to the public and inn guests beginning at 5:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday April through December, and Wednesday through Saturday January through March. Calling ahead is recommended as some additional nights are closed in the winter. Offering one of the finest dining experiences in the North Georgia mountains, the restaurant prepares American Continental cuisine with a Southern flare. It features a creatively prepared and presented Contemporary American menu with a Southern twist in the farm to table tradition. Fresh produce locally grown is hand selected and prepared by our Chef de Cuisine, whose entrees respect the natural flavors of high quality, humanely raised and locally harvested food.     Wonderful Date Night at our favorite place Lake Rabun Hotel! The food and service were excellent and our server Savana made the night extra special!!! We will definitely be back, to try all the delicious looking dishes on the Spring Menu. Just some advice everyone needs to go try the calamari, my new favorite!!

    As always, we truly enjoyed our evening at Fortify. Jorge’s attentive service was impeccable and Tyler shook some mighty fine Martini’s. We really enjoy the chef’s creative new items on the menu as well as the classic mainstays. All the dishes were delicious.
