The dining rooms are set up in such a way that there is quiet and intimacy. I suppose here I should also mention the wonderful meals that each of us enjoyed! We never have to worry that our guests will eat well. Thoroughly flavorful, salted, gently, and evenly all the way through, tender, and as fatty as I love this cut to be. The chef grilled it beautifully medium rare (as requested).... compliments to the Chef. The professional table service was equally fantastic.
