Colleen was great! She was ready to serve us during the wine tasting. She was funny and very knowledgeable of all the wines and listened to our taste preferences. She had our wine ready when we finished eating and thanked us for coming. The food was delicious too. We had the ahi sushi. It was fabulous! The salmon was great too!

The food and wine were terrific as always, and our server, Teresa, was charming yet truly professional. The only "knock" on our review is the proximity of our table to the bar area. The restaurant has a low ceiling without sound dampening and the noise level was, frankly, annoying. To be fair, we were able to disregard that (for the most part) and had a nice evening.

Our waiter was wonderful. He has waited us on a prior visit and is outstanding. My memory is horrible these days, and I can’t recall his name. It starts with an “R , he also has a note-worthy mustache and is a sommallier. If he waits on you, you are in good hands. A special thank you to this gentleman for making my mother’s birthday dinner so memorable!

Cooper's Hawk is always outstanding and today was no exception! We will continue to go there especially for a late lunch before 3PM to enjoy the smaller lunch portions.

We had a large group and the table was ready when we got there! The staff were kind and service was wonderful! We definitely will be back! Wonderful experience
