The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. Celebrated our 44th anniversary with our first visit to Josephine’s. Heard great things about it and we were not disappointed at all! Food was great, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was just right. Our waiter (Hunter) made the whole experience a great one. And the special menu insert was a very classy touch!!

Not our first rodeo here and it never disappoints. Great food, great ambiance and great service make it a worthwhile journey. Wished we lived closer to dine on a more regular basis. We toned it down a little last night with a shared Autumn Salad, Elk Osso Bucco, Four Hour Short Ribs and exquisite desserts and a double expresso. Everything was simply outstanding.
