Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Beautiful restaurant with an interesting history. Excellent menu and the food was fantastic! Had the 1/2 salad and cup of soup lunch. Choose the black bean soup served over rice. Delicious! After we ate we asked about the restaurant history and the assistant manager gave us a wonderful tour. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The server was great. The food was mediocre. The French onion soup was watery and lacked flavor. The Nashville Hot smash burger was good, but I wouldn't say it was smashed...more like a regular burger. Fries were not fresh.mmprobably sitting around for a bit. The dessert was bad. How do you serve a warm cookie skillet dessert cold? It was hard as a rock and not even warm. We sent it back and left. Doubt we will be back here again!

This is our second time here in the past 6 weeks, and we absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! Mikey was our server, and he was fantastic! The food was terrific, the drinks were delicious, and the overall vibe was super cool. Trey, the food and beverage manager, came to our table and spoke with us, too; what a great guy who knows how to run a remarkable restaurant! If you go early, sit at the bar and have Alexis make you one of their signature cocktails. You will not be disappointed.
