Restaurants near Berrys Island Ecological Study Area

Did not disappoint. Great biscuits brought to the table. I had a flatbread that was delicious. The deviled eggs three way were interesting and a different and fun culinary experience! And my husband had a beef short rib and it was literally like butter. Melt in your mouth. Probably the best short rib I’ve ever tasted. Then they gave us free admission to the Dolly Parton costume exhibit they have until the end of February!

We made a reservation and we were promptly seated. It was very busy so it took about 5 minutes for the server to arrive, but after he did the service was outstanding. We placed our order and the food came out in perfect timing. Our salads were delicious and then our steaks arrived as we were finishing them. Our server kept checking on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything. We both had ribeyes and they were delicious. It was a fantastic evening!

Food was fantastic. We had the seafood salad, lobster mac n cheese, tuna poke bowl, and sesame steak bowl. All were great. Love the ambiance in the restaurant. Seating is close together but not uncomfortably so.

The Chop House in Kodak is consistently amazing food and outstanding service and this visit did not disappoint. This was Valentine’s Day and they were extremely busy. With that said, we did not wait with our reservation and the food/service was at the same level of excellence we are used to with this establishment. Our favorite entree is the Filet Mignon.
