Absolutely Fantastic! The holiday decorations inside and out were over-the-top beautiful. The staff from Amber the hostess, Joe the manager, and our server Jillian were the best. Restaurant Review: A Perfect Celebration for My Fiancé’s 24th Birthday Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at Pier W, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. We were there to celebrate my fiancé’s 24th birthday, and from the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make the night special, starting with a warm greeting and a surprise birthday acknowledgment for my fiancé. The food was phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We started with the calamari as our appetizer, it was the best I have ever had. I got the Grilled Mahi as my entree and my fiancé got the Chef’s special (Swordfish). Both dishes were above and beyond. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into each plate. What truly stood out, though, was the personal touches. At the end of the meal, the staff brought out a complimentary dessert for my fiancé. We also enjoyed complementary champagne with our meals. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. Pier W made this milestone birthday celebration absolutely perfect, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. If you’re looking for amazing food, stellar service, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to go!

We reserved lunch at Heck's of Ohio City for business/holiday lunch for a group of 6. We were seated quickly and server was friendly and attentive. We appreciated sitting in the Garden Room for the special occassion, although seating is fine throughout the recently renovated areas. There was a wide variety of both basic and interesting menu choices at reasonable prices. Half of us enjoyed the Market burger. Dress appeared mostly business casual.

Really great food. Our waitress was great. Dining area was very dark, needed light from cell phone to read menu. It was a bit noisy.

Morton’s Steakhouse made for a very enjoyable and relaxing evening in the company of very attentive and pleasant servers. The food was delicious and worth the wait of the day. The salad was excellent and the steak was cooked to perfection. The mash potatoes were not truly mashed but the French Fries was to our instant liking so we forgot all about the mashed potatoes.
