The rolls are wow! The service was fabulous! The meal was just wonderful! We gave Red Lobster another chance since it smelled before and they had updated the carpet….you need to get rid of carpet in a seafood restaurant! The bathroom was nasty! The lobster tank needs to be cleaned.

Outstanding service! Our service was impeccable with a very knowledgeable member of their service staff. Updates to their menu were a pleasent suprise for our after Christmas late anniversary dinner. We have been going here each winter during the holidays while visiting family and it has yet to disappoint. You won't regret a reservation here!!

My wife and I love coming here. The Italian food is amazing. Many dishes are available with gluten free options. The dishes are delicious. The restaurant has nice ambiance. We like to come here for special occasions and we haven’t been disappointed. We decided to come on Christmas Day and it was a great experience. Great service and food! Thanks!

Firebirds is our favorite restaurant in Fredericksburg. It is consistently excellent in all areas: food, service, value. Husband had Ribeye & his usual BLT salad. Steak cooked exactly as requested, medium rare. Salad was bacon & tomatoes in every bite. I had the Strawberry Shrimp salad which was delicious as usual. Loaded with strawberries, jumbo grilled shrimp, feta & pecans! Perfect amount of balsamic vinaigrette. We both had the seasonal special dessert, Bananas Foster Bread Pudding. We should have shared, although, we were able to stuff all the pudding, bananas, pecans, ice cream & caramel down. We were Seated immediately, even though we were 15 minutes earlier than our reservation. We were served by Kiley, whom we requested when reserving. She is the perfect server. Very personable and very attentive. She knows exactly when to appear. Unfortunately, our favorite server, Kiley is transferring to Maryland in February. However, I’m sure we will be served, almost as well, by one of the many other servers. Yes, we will be back next month to our favorite Firebirds in Fredericksburg.

Started with chips and salsa that they generously provided and refilled. We like salsa with a little kick to it, but our grandkids liked it. Shrimp fajitas were delicious and plenty for a take home snack. Steak n fries were okay, but the meat was not tender. Enchilada suprema very tasty and a hit! Grilled fajita taco salad had beans at the bottom that were kind of like gravy they were so mashed and moist. Fajitas Texanas and Arroz Con Pollo were both delicious. There was a mix-up on one of the entrees but nicely taken care of. The margaritas are a must...wow! Our grandkids like the lemonade peach beverage so we were all happy.
