Order the Perry's Reserve Texas Akaushi Wagyu Ribeye* (Heavily Marbled) - this is my review tonight.

Food was cooked to perfection and service was flawless.

My wife and I went to Chef's Table to celebrate Valentine's Day and were extremely impressed with food and the service. My wife is on a plant-based diet for health reasons and it can be can be extremely challenging to eat out. They had 5 entrees, two starters that were vegan, and vegan creme brulee for dessert. I had the lamb porterhouse which was absolutely fantastic and perfectly cooked. Our server Madison was very knowledgeable and helpful. When the lavender cappuccino didn't quite work out for my wife due to no non dairy milk available, she comped it without us having to ask. All her menu recommendations were on point. My only complaint is that we may have been seated under an a/c vent and it was a little cold for us in the dining room. Other than that we had an amazing dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Refuge Steakhouse exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a delightful evening. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. Now, let's talk about the food! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to their culinary expertise. The sides were equally impressive, complementing the main dishes beautifully. To top it all off, the dessert was a heavenly finish to an already fantastic meal. Overall, The Refuge Steakhouse is a gem that offers an unforgettable dining experience. We can't wait to return!
