Attentive service and a lovely atmosphere at Parchetto makes it a great restaurant to enjoy lunch with a good friend or loved one. Our salmon salads were perfectly prepared. The bread we asked for was freshly baked from the oven. We had a delicious meal to linger over, and a wonderful catch-up visit on Saturday in beautiful downtown Paso Robles.

Always delicious and such a unique and fun atmosphere! Our waitress, Jamie, was absolutely delightful, friendly, super efficient and very helpful, showing us the dinosaur fossils! Excellent evening!

One of our go to favorites in Paso! Great atmosphere, amazing food and overall nice experience. When the Sea Bass is available you have to do it. Service is always on point. Paso locals have been running this place for 20+ years and we love to support it.

This is our yearly restaurant when we are in Cambria. The food is amazing and it is a beautiful restaurant excellent service.

4 of us ate there New Year's Eve. There were only 2 people working but the service was excellent as was the food and the experience. They had a gift "firecracker" and 2 questions on the table to spark conversation and discussion.
