An excellent dining experience. My wife and I were very happy to find this gem in downtown Escondido. Chef Lisa is doing it right. The quality of food is excellent. The plating is artistic. The staff was very accommodating the from moment you walk through the door to the last bite. Last but not least, they are farm to table supporting local!

We had an outstanding experience here. All the food we ate was superb ... oysters, potato peel soup, lobster bisque, lamb, seabass, cioppino, and desserts. The greatest part of the meal was our server, Fernando. Fernando is a pro. He was personable and had the greatest personality. Fernando made a great meal into a fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back here.

Saturday @ Stone Escondido is pretty busy. We had reservations for 6 and were seated within 5 min. Easy to use online ordering system brings food, beer, and service as needed. Always a great selection of beers. Standout food items were the steak frits, barramundi, chicken schnitzel sandwich. Will definitely return.

What an amazing Christmas dinner at Vintana Wine and Dine. The hostess was welcoming upon arrival and accommodated my request for a window table. The ambiance was inviting, pleasant and full of Christmas cheer. Savanah came by our table and introduced herself and provided water while wishing us a Merry Christmas. Next we had Chase our phenomenal server who was kind, personable and provided top shelf customer service. We started with two tequilla drinks crafted with lime, pelligrino and mint. The drinks were fabulous. Joshua brought out some sourdough bread and also stopped by through the experience providing excellent service. Our first course arrived with my wife having the beet salad which was exquisite and I had the beyond kabobs which were simply fantastic. After the first course our main entrees arrived and wow the preparation and presentation were stellar. Joshua brought both dishes out and they were beyond amazing. My wife had the Chilean seabass entree and I had the short rib entree. Top Shelf and extremely tasty. The food was so good and epic. What a Christmas blessing. Emma brought out our dessert and she was fantastic as well. My wife had the Tiramasu and I had the pecan cheesecake. Both were beyibd words yummy. Chase also brought out a nice hot cup of coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and meal experience at Vintana Wine & Dine and highly recommend this fine dining establishment.

Great new place for Mexican food in Escondido! Creative mezcal cocktails and good food at a good value. The service was a bit chaotic, multiple servers but they are still getting organized. We will definitely be returning!
