Wonderful dining experience. I had the Wagyu filet with a crab cake, and both were amazing. My husband had the pork chop, and we shared the corn soufle and sauteed spinach. Shrimp cocktail was wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

We had a positive experience overall, the restaurant is well thought out and food was good. We had Jo’s crunchy French toast and biscuits and gravy. We made a reservation weeks before our trip. We waited 15 minutes after our reservation time while others without reservations were excited to get in with a minimal wait. This was a disappointment.

Easy to make and change reservations through Open Table. Seated promptly. Waiter was there to take our drink orders and explain the evening's dinner specials. He provided menus and returned shortly with our drinks. Shortly after giving him our order, he brought our soup and salad. My wife had the gnocchi and I had the filet mignon. Both dishes were excellent! As we finished our dinner, he brought a dessert menu, but reminded us of the anniversary special, creme brulee. We opted for the creme brulee. It was outstanding. The quiet atmosphere, professional staff, and well-prepared meals make this a definite return.

Noah was our waiter and he was soooo friendly and had a great personality. Excellent service! The food was delicious. We started with the pretzel and moved on to schnitzel and the short rib goulash. We will be going back. Glad to see Waco stepping up their food game.

It was a cool little place, we got there before the band came, so we were disappointed.
