We're confident you wont get bored with our selections; we will be serving a rotating seasonal menu with daily specials. The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Due to Covid-19 we will do our best to have all we can in stock but our menu will be limited and on first come first serve. Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. The restaurant is located on South Pearl Street and is the second restaurant of the Kizaki brothers, founders and owners of Sushi Den. The menu is arranged in a tapas style, serving traditional Japanese small plates along with dishes infused with international flavors and textures. The more traditional Japanese offerings include sashimi and nigiri, sourced from daily fish shipments from around the globe, along with dumplings and noodle dishes.     The food and service were amazing! The New York State was unforgettable and the lobster Rea Tony was truly special!  If you happen to be eating in the bar, Dillon will take care of you and if you have dinner in the restaurant, Andrea doesn’t miss a beat!

    This restaurant is fantastic: lovely and lively ambiance, but not too loud. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. We had an unusual bottle of wine and the sommelier clearly knows what she is doing. The price was very reasonable. Would go back in a second!

    Food and service were excellent. Our party of 7 all ordered something different and EVERYTHING was wonderful. Highly recommend the Oak & Acid cocktail and Papadi Chaat to start. Our table appreciated the 1-5 spice scale. We went with a 2 and it was just right for us to taste all the flavors with a little kick. For those who like it spicy, a 2 would be too mild for you. Staff was very attentive and offered great suggestions. We liked the location and the decor. Overall, a really lovely dining experience.
