With June, a very creative and modern restaurant has found its way to Halle. At June there is nothing like in other restaurants you know. Not the music! Not the service! Not even the food and certainly not the wine. We don't want to Focus dogmatically on vegetarian cuisine. Our goal is to get the maximum out of vegetables every day in terms of taste. We try to work very regionally and seasonally and sustainability also plays a very important role in our kitchen. From home-baked focaccia to ferments and miso, we pack a lot in glasses in months of planning. There is a lot of craftsmanship in June and we work very product driven. Very friendly staff, the menu offer is great, food is good, drinks are fine too. the ambience is very lively and sometimes it is hard to understand eachother indoor over the table as the sound bounces around the room - especially if you are seating next to a bigger group
