Amazing dishes prepared by Chef Gabbie. We know her name bc after eating here we really wanted to know who the genius was behind such original, flavorful, and beautiful dishes. She turned out to be just as engaging and enjoyable as her food was. This place is an absolute must-try. The dino ribs were melt in your mouth. I would never order meatballs normally but the internet said to do so and we were so glad we did, insanely deep flavors. The pork chop was unlike any preparation I’d had before. It was resting on a bed of rice which was resting in a French onion soup and the flavors melded together like poetry. Internet also said to order the patatas bravas. When they came out they accidentally brought two orders to our table and we told them we only ordered one. After our first bites we lamented having them take the second one away bc these potatoes were PERFECTION. These were all heavy and deep flavors so we also had an amazing salmon crudo that just popped with freshness and brightness. Perfect counter to the other proteins we were having. Will absolutely return! Thank you Chef Gabbie and team. From maitre d to waitress to chefs you were all amazing.

The Summit House is one of our favorite restaurants. It's a great place to go for celebrations and/or just a nice dinner out. However, Christmas at the Summit House is even more special. The amazing meal, holiday decorations along with the carolers made our dinner so memorable. To top it all off, our server, Jennifer, was spectacular!

We had our holiday company party here. And everything was excellent. From the bartender, the waitress and the managers. The food is absolutely amazing, I would recommend fasting for the day before you come here!

The food was great. I had the lasagna special, very authentic!

Our server was Esmeralda and she was the best. She did not rush us to order and when came to ordering she went over the menu nicely. She went along with our jokes and made sure that we were attended to in the best possible way. We have been to Cha Chas many times but this visit was extra special because we invited family. Esmeralda did not disappoint. Thank you
