From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance was welcoming and elegant—perfectly balancing a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable. Our server guided us through the menu with expert recommendations, ensuring we had the best experience possible. The Palm has certainly mastered the art of fine dining, with every dish crafted to perfection. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a high-quality meal, this restaurant is sure to impress. And there was also music playing which made it hard to hear other people at our own table of 4. If you wear hearing aids communication would be close to a lost cause.More infoIron GatePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Dupont Circle•4.6

- MMichaelvipWisconsin •58 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a lovely waitress/server who came from Peru. She was awesome. Very helpful as this was our first time having Peruvian cuisine. She recommended the ceviche sampler. All were delicious. My husband had the chicken stew (Wonderful). I had the arroz con Marisco which was loaded with mussels, shrimp and squid. Both dishes were excellent. Then for dessert who tried the Suspiro. A lovely dulce de leche custard topped with meringue and a guava syrup. Lovely. - KKeithvipColumbus •26 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 15, 2024We like exploring tapas restaurants since we don’t have one near us at home. My only concern was not seeing any listing under the “chef’s selection “ pre fixe menu. We still ordered it and enjoyed most of it, but we didn’t know everything we were served and had no idea what was coming next.More infoBoqueria - DupontPrice: Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Dupont Circle•4.6
