The crab dip is so so and the bbq shrimp is pretty good, I’ve had better. The fish was fresh and beautifully plated. The overall ambiance of the restaurant makes you feel as though you are dining in a movie. I recommend booking a dinner reservation. The seaweed salad was a perfect start to the meal—refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully textured. It had just the right balance of savory umami with a slight tang, making each bite a delight. My wife ordered the Chilean Seabass and it was absolutely outstanding. It was perfectly cooked—flaky, tender, and moist, with a delicate buttery flavor that paired beautifully with the subtle seasoning. I had Dry-Aged Ribeye and it was a showstopper. It was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and beautifully pink on the inside, with a rich, beefy flavor that only comes from dry-aging. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the seasoning was spot-on. Overall, Fushimi Williamsburg delivered an unforgettable meal with impeccable flavors, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere.
