No corporate restaurant chain or Hollywood set designer could ever recreate The Biltmore Vibe. In 1914, the Biltmore opened and served up breakfast and brew at 7AM for the overnight crews from nearby factories. It came with a 4 lane basement bowling alley that was a local hangout for decades.There was talk of a speakeasy during prohibition. The Biltmore was across the street from a regional rail stop and often hosted private events for dignitaries, politicians and celebrities.Much of original brick front and interior has remained the same over the many reincarnations of this legendary bar.     We went to Dryft for the first time for my birthday dinner - 5 of us including two teens and a 12 year old. The menu had a great selection for all of us! Our apps were the hummus plate and burratta which were both incredible! I ordered the haddock with wild mushroom risotto and it was delicious and everyone else was very happy with their meals. Portion sizes were great. We were full, so skipped dessert, but our awesome server game me a complimentary glass of champagne after hearing it was my birthday. Our server was wonderful and we will definitely be back to try the other amazing things on the menu. Our son has a nut allergy and they were very attentive to that.

    First visit, loved it. They did a lot of work from what was there prior, looked great. We had the calamari & shrimp appetizer which was great. I had the bolognese and my wife had the salmon, both were great. We had a lemon cake desert which was fabulous. Service was great, as were the drinks. We highly recommend the place and we will be back.
