Restaurants near Colonial Inn Franklin

This was our first time at Madison’s. We read about this beautiful and recognized restaurant in Open Table. Since we had planned a trip to Franklin NC, we added Madison’s to our itinerary and we were not disappointed. In is a beautiful place on Main Street in Highlands, NC. The decor and atmosphere was elegant, and the food was fantastic. We highly recommend Madison’s if you are anywhere near Highlands.

The atmosphere at Julep Farm was amazing...soothing and comforting, and service was amazing. My server Melissa and bartender Brice went above and beyond, patiently answering all my inquiries and making every effort to accommodate my requests (quote from Melissa when I asked if I could get a side Caeser salad not on the menu: I can make it happen, I work for you! :)). The trout was seasoned to perfection and my cocktail was delicious and crafted with care. I can't wait to go back on Thanksgiving and taste all of their amazing dishes on the buffet! This is my new favorite restaurant.

This is our third time dining at Oak Steakhouse. It is such a fine atmosphere and the food is truly excellent. We split the filet, which was outstanding, and got sides of Brussels sprouts (fabulously prepared), and wonderful mashed potatoes. Oak Steakhouse has become one of our favorite restorations in the Highlands area.

This restaurant is consistently inviting. The ambiance is welcoming. Dillon, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food never disappoints. Cocktails are top notch.

Another great meal at “The Bull”! Our server Brook was excellent. Our good friend Vijay was on point with his wine recommendation (as always), and the food was excellent!
