Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available.     Exceptional! Dined here on Christmas day and it did not disappoint. Everything was terrific, from our server, Jasmine, to the fantastic ambiance and the extraordinary food! The menu offered the holiday prix fixe experience with four courses. All courses were fantastic. My main entree was the Seared Diver Sea Scallops & Pacific Shrimp, which was delicious. My husband had the Moroccan-Spiced Hawaiian Snapper and Clams- another winner, and my son had the Prime Tenderloin. The preparation of the food is fresh, simple, and incredibly tasty. The experience was a splurge, but when in Hawaii for Christmas it’s worth it!

    Our meal was amazing, as always. The macadamia nut Opakapaka melted in our mouths. We did the early bird and it was great value for the money. The viniagrette on the salad was delicious and the tirimisu was so moist and divine. One person got the full filet and it melted in our mouths, as well. He said best steak he's had in 15 years!!

    From the moment valet opened the door until the end of the evening, absolutely everything was “over the top”!!! The service, menu, food, dessert and views were amazing… the grounds were impeccable as they are getting ready to welcome and host the Champions Tour. Compliments to the chefs for the flavors and freshness❤️🎄
