Tim Zekki was born and raised in Cyprus but has lived and worked in the UK for 35 years. He has a passion for local and seasonal ingredients, sourcing sustainable produce and items that he forages in Somerset woodlands and along the coast. Beautiful venue with excellent food and service. The blue cheese soufflé was excellent as well as the duck rendang. Desserts were very clever and well presented. We must go back the next time we are in Exeter.
