- JJuanSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe went to Koko for a late lunch, and it was an amazing experience! The weather was fantastic, making the outdoor seating the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal. We started with the guacamole, which was good—nothing extraordinary—but the big, round chips it came with were a nice touch. The short ribs tacos were exceptional, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The highlight of the meal was definitely the sea bass with green mole—a dish that was both unique and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we tried the flan, which was soft, not too sweet, and a perfect pairing with a cortadito. For drinks, we ordered a passion fruit margarita and a tamarindo margarita, both refreshing and well-made. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and the food was served quickly, which added to the overall experience. The combination of great food, fantastic weather, and a comfortable outdoor setting made for a memorable afternoon. I’ll definitely be back to try more!More infoKOKOPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Coconut Grove•4.8
