- JJPVIPVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThank you for yet another amazing dining experience at Rio. I brought my family this evening for our Christmas celebration. We may have started a new tradition. We enjoyed every moment, and I offer special kudos to the hostess/server, Amanda--who always shines so brightly, you have to wear sunglasses to be in the same room with her! Thank you, Amanda, for your warmth and sweet, welcoming smile. And thank you so so much for providing this lovely venue, Val. And I'm also grateful to you, Emilio, for the fabulous wine. Wishing you all continued success and the absolute best in the New Year...More infoRio Brazil SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Glen Allen•4.8

- SSuzanneVirginia •98 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI had high expectations for Stella's based on all of the positive reviews over the years and Stella's totally lived up to the expectations and, in fact, exceeded expectations. Our server Hannah knew the menu quite well and was able to make on point recommendations to us about the food and the beverages. She did a great job describing all of the specials to us. The portions here are large so come hungry. You will get your money's worth!! The first page of the menu is meze which can be shared. I saw several people get the saganaki which looked delicious and provided a fun viewing since it comes out on fire. The next page is full of traditional Greek dishes. I had the salad on special as my appetizer - spinach, toasted pita, almonds, pomegranate arils and cheese. Delicious and huge - we could have shared it. My entree was the pastichio but over pasta. Also huge and yummy. Our dessert was the chocolate ouzo moussed. SO GOOD. I can't wait to return to Stella's.More infoStella's - RichmondPrice: Moderate• Greek• Richmond•4.9
- JJamesVIPVirginia •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food at The Tobacco Company is always very good and the service is consistently outstanding. It seems no matter who our server is we are always treated like welcome guests by the entire front of the house staff. Our server, Bekah, as well as the other front of the house staff, kept their eyes on our table and we never had to wait to have a plate cleared or a glass refilled. We especially appreciate our server paying attention to our table and timing our courses such that we never have more than one course at a time on our table. We never feel rushed or ignored at The Tobacco Company which makes an evening out for dinner seem like a special occasion.More infoThe Tobacco Company RestaurantPrice: Expensive• American• Richmond•4.6
- PPeterVirginia •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 3, 2024This was an annual special event opportunity to dine in the tea house. The food was wonderful. Part of the treat of course is that it is held in the middle of Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden during their winter Gardenfest of Light. The gardens were beautiful to look out on while enjoying a wonderful meal. This is also a fundraiser for the gardens, which we love to visit.More infoLewis Ginter Botanical GardenPrice: Expensive• American• Dumbarton•4.2
