Restaurants near Days Inn & Suites Marquez

We attended the Valentines dinner and while the food and service at table were excellent, we very much experienced feeling like a number. It was an over booked event will little individual attention and multiple servers having to tag team. The front entry waiting area was quite crowded. The “formal” attire suggested was not adhered to as one would expect of this caliber establishment. Some in attendance were wearing Carhartt and camo with Crocs. So standards could be improved. But we were glad to be served. Our server did charge our CC for a different table and had to refund it, but we understood in the chaos.

Everything was great except for my Main entry. I had order a medium steak (40$) but I got a rare cooked and it was cold. They took it back and when I got it back was overcooked and dry…. But I had fries so that made it better. Will not order steak again here. If it ain’t a steak house don’t order steak. My wife the salmon and it was great.

Went for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing! A little boy (assuming the owner’s son) came around to every woman in the restaurant and gave them a long stemmed red rose. Food was great as always and I asked the waiter to surprise me with a drink and it was also amazing!

We love coming to lunch at Casa de Brasil. The food is always so delicious and the service is excellent. This is definitely one of our favorite places to eat.

Food and drinks were excellent! The only negative is the tables in the back room are a little too close together, difficult to get in and out of the booth without feeling like I was crowding the other patrons. Our server was so nice and sweet. We will definitely be returning!
