The 12oz Wagyu (medium rare) was absolutely mouth-watering and literally one of the best steaks we've ever had. Perfectly marbled and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend getting the salt on the side so you can add a few grains per bite. The bluefin tuna pizza was also very fresh and delicious. The tuna was sliced thin and lightly sauced. Their rolls are always perfectly rolled and presented. The King Crab California and Rainbow rolls were our picks this time around, and they didn't disappoint. It's always a little pricey, but it's Vegas, and it's worth it for the experience. I highly recommend it as a "must visit" when you're in Vegas.
