Our restaurant offers a selection of quality meals prepared with the best produce available. Lunch is available Friday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Monday. On Tuesday the bistro is closed, woodfire pizza is served in the Brigadoon Bar. In March 2022 we revamped the dining space and renovated to include a new kitchen. A sophisticated restaurant, with a large balcony overlooking the lush green of Brighton Lakes. There is something for everyone at The Pavilion Restaurant.In the late 1920s, a group of golfers created the North Brighton Golf Club on the opposite side of the Cooks River to Sydney Airport, using a tin shed on the course as a clubhouse and paying two shillings in rent to the landowner for their 18 holes.The rapid growth of international air transport after WWII meant major runway extensions that eventually forced the Club to find a new home, and in 1950 a new site in Milperra was found, and the New Brighton Golf Club was formed.In 1979, the Club had part of the course resumed to make way for the building of the M5 Motorway. Construction of four new replacement golf holes commenced in June 1980, with players teeing off from 1982. The necessary redesign of the layout enabled New Brighton to attain Group One status.

The food was fantastic- absolutely delicious. However, we were there for Christmas lunch, prebooked, menu preselected and prepaid several months beforehand. Reservations were every 15 minutes but the staff just could not keep up. We sat for an hour before getting our wine and main course. The staff were lovely but overwhelmed. As to ambience, we were seated in a dull white box room on uncomfortable plastic chairs. I know there are other parts of the Brasserie that are delightfully quirky but this area was very uninspiring.

Wonderful wait staff today on 3 December at about 12pm. The girls who waited on me and my best friend for her birthday were absolutely incredible. Service was impeccable and food was amazing! Thank you for making my best friends birthday a wonderful day!
