Restaurants near Digium

It was our first time going and it was amazing, a little expensive, but amazing.

The food was great. The service was great. We really enjoyed our meal. Our only complaint would be that it is difficult to see what you’re eating at night because the lighting is so low. I would suggest some table lighting of some sort. Other than that, we really enjoyed Tupelo Honey.

Another great experience tonight at Connors Bridgestreet for my wife’s birthday. Only less than desirable issue was waiting for the hostess to honor my fireplace adjacent table request (days ago via OpenTable) for about 15 minutes after we arrived for our 3:30pm reservation, but only to be eventually seated nowhere near the fireplace. And, no apology from the hostess to explain.

We had a fun get together with my family: the restaurant had our table ready when we arrived. We brought a cake, and were given a knife, utensils and plates to facilitate serving. They even brought candles. All the food looked good, however, my grilled chicken was not grilled at all, it was just warmed up from precooked and quickly seared to get the grill marks. That was a disappointment. The rest of the food was good though.

We had a great family meal for an early Christmas celebration. The special was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server was friendly and made us feel special. Highly recommend.
