Lovely evening ,excellent table service. Disappointed no appropriate sauces for the meals and would have been better to have the curry served with poppadoms/naan bread. All food was tasty and gd portions.

A lovely evening of food and drink at the Cavendish Arms. The food is always good, when I’m not driving the cocktails are well worth it Service is excellent, friendly and welcoming. Being relatively local and my kids having gone to school in Cartmel this is definitely our favourite place to eat and drink.

Relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome. Decent menu to chose from and the service was spot on. Will certainly be visiting again. One of of our guests complemented the staff on the way they greeted everyone with a smile.
