- SStephanieVancouver / British Columbia •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a fabulous gal's lunch on Friday at Boom and Batten. We were seated at table #34 on the upper level. Our server was amazing! Our water glasses were filled before the glasses were empty, and the same applied for our coffee cups. Although the food was a little pricey every bite was delicious! The restaurant was quite busy but we were able to hear each other talk . I will definitely be returning!More infoBoom + BattenPrice: Expensive• Northwest• Victoria•4.6
- WWhitneyVIPVancouver / British Columbia •40 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLove that Happy Hour goes until 6pm! The tuna appy is delicious and the cheese toast is a must. Would be nice if a salad (wedge) was on the Happy Hour menu! Then after 6pm the loster tail dinner and Oscar are our faves! Service was excellent as always!More infoThe Keg Steakhouse + Bar - SaanichPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Victoria•4.6

- VVickiSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 5, 2024The food and service were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the lights were WAY too bright. When one has an evening meal in a lovely setting - it shouldn't be necessary to wear a ball cap so the lights don't glare in your eyes. Besides the regular hanging lights which were pretty bright - there were can-lights in the ceiling with very strong bulbs in them. This really ruined the ambience. Made it feel more like we were dining in a cafeteria instead of a steakhouse. All - in all, that is the ONLY thing that made this meal deviate from being absolutely perfect. The chef even made my salmon well done - as I requested. (I know they don't normally appreciate cooking something differently than what is considered proper.) But, I REALLY appreciated that. The calamari were excellent - fresh and tender. My 'extra dirty' martini was even perfect. This is our go-to place for bringing out of town guests because we know the food and location make it a very special place to eat.More infoDouble Eagle Steak and SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Sequim•4.7
