Set in 22 acres of stunning parkland Paris House is located on the Duke of Bedford's Estate in Woburn. Paris House blends modern culinary techniques with traditional foods to create a 6 course tasting menu. Paris House was originally built in 1878 in Paris. At the end of the 19th Century the timber framed building was dismantled and shipped piece by piece to its current home in the stunning grounds of Woburn Park.     There is a lovely cosy atmosphere in this quaint historic place. Staff are very welcoming and accomodating - we had our two young daughters with us. The food was excellent -great quality, taste and portion size. I had kipper croquettes and the chalk stream trout, both delicious. Deserts are always great, plum crumble and Bramley apple cheesecake are highly recommended.

    Been at carriages a number of times and never been disappinted with the service. The staff are very attentative and polite. The food is off a high quality, we have tasted most of the items on the menu and enjoyed every one of them. Highly recommend if you want a nice relaxing evening in a quality Italian restaraunt.

    What a cracking location and what delicious food. We had a business lunch here and it's the perfect setting in Hitchin for this if you are looking for somewhere that adds a touch of class to the agenda. Excellent Service and a relaxed atmosphere.
