- JJoshuaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe went to Gioia for the first time tonight, and it was an amazing experience! The food was super tasty and fresh and the drinks were really good too. The restaurant and rooftop were both beautiful. Our waiter Nick L was so attentive, friendly, and made us feel taken care of. Highly recommend giving this place a try!More infoGioia - Wooster Street New HavenPrice: Expensive• Italian• New Haven•4.8
- RRobinColumbus •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe sat at the bar early on Christmas Eve. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We chose from the Primetime Prix Fixe menu: the shrimp cocktail had perfectly iced shrimp wit lovely cocktail sauce; the filet was expertly seasoned and cooked just right and the New York style cheesecake was delicious with lots of whipped cream and freeze dried raspberries (a very nice touch) And I’d be remiss if I didn’t say how good the cocktails were: the smoky Old Fashioned reminded me of sitting in front of a roaring fire and tasted great while my partner thoroughly enjoyed the Bananarama, which tasted like a cold version of “hot buttered rum”. It was a delightful evening and we will be returning soon! I forgot to mention the popovers that came before our meal started—they were outrageously good!More infoSaltbrick PrimePrice: Expensive• American• Branford•4.4
- SStephenGreater Boston •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoEverything was great. All 7 of us had great meals and there were no complaints as far as I remember. The ribeye was huge and flavorful. The mac and cheese app was very cheesy with a wonderful hint of smoke flavor. The seafood salad was very tasty as was the oysters on the half shell. I had the honey glazed salmon which was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Service was also very good. Phenomenal experience overall.More infoCast Iron Chef Chop House & Oyster BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• New Haven•4.6
- CChardayConnecticut •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI don’t even know where to begin.. I came here to celebrate my boyfriends 40th birthday. The waiter we had was Lonnie and he was absolutely exceptional from point A to point B. Welcoming, kind, attentive but not overbearing, fast, personable and just all around accommodating thus helping me execute a perfect birthday dinner evening. The Branzino was by far the best I’ve ever had and got my boyfriends first time trying it, he was a huge fan. Love this place! Will be back again. Thank you Lonnie for your great service!More infoIl Gabbiano - New HavenPrice: Expensive
