We had the meatballs and the shrimp for appetizers and they were both amazing! Then we had the short rib pasta special which was delicious. Very fun and enjoyable dinner!

Celebrated a family birthday dinner, food was outstanding, our server, Mercy, was the best and made it a super fun experience! One of the best spots in Charleston for flavorful food and a great value!

Oscar's is a lovely restaurant with white table cloths and gentle lighting. The food is quite good as is the service. The grouper bites on the small bites menu are delicious with a delicate breading.
