Restaurants near Edison Community Park

I told everyone in the restaurant I was not going to post because I didn’t want anyone else to know how good this place is. It’s unbelievably good. The food is fantastic. The portions are generous. The prices are staggeringly good. Go but don’t tell anyone else.  We looked at the menu and decided what we thought would be good and then we asked the waiter and we hit the jackpot. The black and red rice is like paella. It’s wonderful. The shaky shaky beef is fantastic. The dumplings are fantastic. The beef tartar was fantastic. Thank God we didn’t order anything else or we’d still be rolling down the street. 

Such a great venue. Food and service were outstanding. Prime rib scrumptious.

Fantastic service and food. We had a small issue with a policy that was incorrectly listed on another website and the hosting staff made an exception for me and my wife to ensure we didn’t have to change our plans at the door of the restaurant. Top-notch customer service!

Excellent! Excellent!! Excellent! I mean the views!! Does it get any better?? On the food side, you always know what you are getting at Nobu but our experience at this location was beyond excellent because of our server! Arisa was AMAZING! She knew her stuff from cocktails to food to specials of the day to desserts! She was attentive and polite and professional! She is the perfect server! (and this comes from a previous server and trainee for high end restaurants) I loved her! On the food side we ordered a lot of items as there were 6 of us, edamame, rock shrimp, tuna nigiri, salmon nigiri, yellowtail hamachi, spicy tuna crispy rice, soft shell crab roll, tuna roll, the special they had of Amberjack with shaved truffles! ( so good!!) and black cod miso of course!! For dessert we had the yummiest Xurros and a whiskey cream something or other… everything was outstanding! I cannot wait to go back!

I took my niece and her friend from out of state to dine at Duke’s for Valentine’s Day. The Mahi Mahi entree was deliciously good (my favorite fish) and the curry chicken was also delicious. The crab wontons was a nice surprise with a delectable sauce. Love this place! Followed by a walk on the beach and a purchase of Girl Scout cookies!
