Last night when I was looking for a restaurant to take my wife for our anniversary, after reading the latest reviews, I decided to give it another try. Last night, ITA exceeded our expectations. Our server was patient & kind and made sure that we're well taken care off despite of attending the floor all by himself. The chef & pizzaiolo made the food with their heart, it was delicious! From the presentation to flavor profile of the food, I was amazed. The drinks we're good too. The only thing that maybe they can improve on is the choice of music, some jazz or something subtle will lighten up the mood. But other than that everything is great! I would say that ITA would be one of our favorite Italian restaurant from now on, I hope it stays consistent. Thank you ITA staff from last night. You made our hearts & tummy happy!More infoITA Italian KitchenPrice: Moderate• Italian• Jersey City•4.8

We came to celebrate my brother’s birthday and it was his and my sister in law’s first omakase experience. They raved about the food, the ambiance, our chef and the entire experience! They’re definitely omakase fans now! Chef Gene was an incredible part of our experience! He was hysterical and so personable! He had us laughing the whole hour and made our dinner even more memorable! We’ll definitely be back soon and hope to see Chef Gene at future reservations! The music selection and playlist was also on point! Thank you to the entire Sushi By Bou staff for an incredible experience!More infoSushi by Bou - Jersey City NJ @ Ani RamenPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Jersey City•4.8
