At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts.     Randomly found this restaurant while looking at a list of restaurants and sounded wonderful from the reviews. My wife and I went there on our Valentine’s Day date and it was absolutely marvelous! The service was top notch and the food was delicious. Definitely gained two new customers and definitely will be coming back!

    We enjoyed our meal!! It was delicious and the right portion for us both. The service provided by Herodeious is excellent. I watched him as he served our section. Each table he gave excellent service. He was consistent. I applaud that.

    The food was excellent. From the appetizer, to the entree, to the dessert. Their cheesecake was the best that I had in a long time. If the restaurant had more ambience, it would be the top of my list for places to eat. But this will not stop us from coming back again.
