    The chef was amazing. So helpful to find workarounds for a tomato allergy for one and a gluten allergy for another. Made a tasting menu fun again. Service was a tad haphazard, but I don't think tasting menus are the regular. Everyone was so pleasant it made up for it. Our server even shared her stash of bottled water. What a memorable Christmas. Thank you!

    We are local and have spent a lot of time at GPI/Edison's over the last 13 years, especially during the holiday season. The menu is just perfect, the service is always top-notch, and the environment is warm and welcoming.

    A fantastic experience! I made rez strictly on OT reviews not knowing it was an Indigo Road Hospitality Group property of which I am a huge fan. If you are fortunate enough to land Ace N as your server, trust him on your adventure through the menu. His knowledge of flavors, preparation, and pairings were perfection. Bone marrow Tater Tots, charcoaled carrots, Chef Cut CAB, Tiramisu, Super Tuscan, and Nonino all amazing!!!!

    Everything at The Grove Park Inn & Spa is first class - including the Blue Ridge restaurant. The setting is beautiful, and atmosphere is uplifting, the food is excellent with plenty of choices. The service staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend the Blue Ridge for special occasions or any day you are in the Asheville, NC, area.
