My first time to City Grille. I went there with dear friends from NC visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday. We all order something different to savor the most from the menu and we were very pleased. The food was delicious, the preparation unique, and the wine pairing worked nicely. The environment was welcoming and as a frequent diner of the wine cellar, I love the new look and refreshed space. Great service, great drinks, and delicious food. We had an wonderful evening.

We thoroughly enjoy dining here. The staff is amazing and the food is next level. Kudos to our most recent server Alex. He was incredible and shows he really cares if you have an amazing time. We would love having him again. Must try restaurant if you’ve never been. It is hands down the best steakhouse in Jacksonville.

Overall, it was good. Service was good & the ambiance was great. I love Town Hall and wanted to share the experience with my friend for her birthday. We ordered the filet mignon medium rare. What we got was close to being well done. Our server asked how our filets were before we had even cut into them and didn't come back until she saw I was finished eating. My friend didn't want to send hers back because she said the meat was still tender. I left over half of mine to bring home. The Duck Fat Cornbread was good as were the crispy fried Brussell sprouts. I just wish the filets had been cooked medium rare per our request.

The Chart House is always a friendly and elegant place to dine and Thanksgiving was no different. Our greeters and server (Angelique) were excellent- attentive and efficient. My only complaint was that the turkey was too salty, but that may just be me, I have been reducing my salt intake so perhaps I was not used to it. Regardless, I will always recommend the Chart House as one of the best restaurants in Jacksonville.
