Located in the charming beach town of Gearhart, OR - possibly best known for being the summer home & final resting place of James Beard, the godfather of American fine dining, The Pacific Way is located in a history filled 1929 building. Depending on the coastal weather, you may chose a cozy space indoors, warm by a fire or dine in our covered dog friendly patio. Our menu is farm-to-table, changes based on what is fresh from the farms this week & our culinary team offers chalkboard menu items regularly. You'll find our menu is seafood forward, but it is worth noting there's always something special on deck for the vegetarian and carnivore in the group. The Depot Restaurant - Seaview features casual fine dining offering a Chef's Table to watch owner Chef Michael Lalewicz perform his magic from a display kitchen.     This was an outstanding experience in every way. We were concerned about the prix fixe dinner but all was excellent. We even heard from the restaurant in advance to see if we had any food issues or preferences. We said that we would like a green salad, and they did prepare a wonderful one with beets. The service couldn't have been better. It's a very cozy and attractive dining room. We would definitely return.

    Came for Thanksgiving dinner. We both had the prix fixe and everything was fantastic. The details of each dish were not lost and the flavor profiles were festive without being over indulgent. Emma was our gracious host and very accommodating. Being our first time to Meridian it couldn’t have been more perfect. We’ll be back!

    The route to The Wayfarer actually took me to Stephanie’s Inn which is about one mile away. This is why I always arrive early everywhere I go. Still made my reservations on time to enjoy great food and a beautiful sunset.

    Everything was first class. Eisha is a one man show: host, waiter, and chef. And he is fabulous at all three. The food and presentation were outstanding. So glad we ate here.

    Excellent restaurant in every respect; food, service, decor, you name it. This is a genuine diamond in the rough. I will never understand how a small town restaurant can find such talented kitchen staff. Pretty amazing. You won't be disappointed.
