- JJosephVIPWashington, D.C. Area •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI'd not been to Morton's in a few years. It's always been good, but not special. This time it was special - perfectly cooked steaks, crisp tasty truffle fries, best lobster Mac n Cheese ever, great vegetable/potato sides, amazing bread pudding, elegantly prepared martini, freshly tasting lobster tail and salmon. Host, managers, and our server were very friendly and attentive. The ONLY issue I had, and I do not blame our server, Kittikhun, was it was obvious how he was really pushing some of the priciest dishes like the ocean seafood platter, tomahawk steaks, Australian wagyu, and also the Rewards program. It's his job to do that, so I do not blame him. And I understand the restaurant's desire to sell these items too - but maybe try to find a more subtle way to do so? But honestly, overall, we all enjoyed the food, atmosphere, service, drinks... I'll definitely go back again more often! Thank you!More infoMorton's The Steakhouse - Downtown DCPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.5
