- AAmandaAtlanta Metro •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe love the melting pot and last night’s dinner was again another amazing night. We were celebrating our anniversary a week late and told our server, he brought us a plate decorated with happy anniversary and a rose. It is little things like this when the restaurant goes the extra mile that keep us coming back.More infoThe Melting Pot- GatlinburgPrice: Expensive• Fondue• Gatlinburg•4.5

- TTeresaNashville •16 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe are seafood lovers but were hesitant about that fare in the Smoky Mountains. Rave reviews convinced us to try the Chesapeake. We are so glad we did! We were greeted pleasantly and taken to a booth overlooking the river. The hostess fretted that the quieter are we had requested now had a large party. The setting of our table was lovely, but the music level was a challenge for my husband with a hearing issue. Beyond that, our meal was wonderful. The grilled oysters that we shared were delightful with the yummy bread provided. Our cocktails were brought promptly and were the perfect accompaniment to the appetizer. Our entrees were delicious - crab cakes and Chesapeake shrimp. For sides we chose the bacon and cheddar grits and Cole slaw. Both were tasty, although the grits could have been warmer. We each ordered a glass of NZ white wine with our dinners. Our server, Eliana, was pleasant and proficient. This was our favorite meal in Gatlinburg. We highly recommend The Chesapeake.More infoChesapeake’s Restaurant - GatlinburgPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Gatlinburg•4.8
