Restaurants near Fourth Street Live

The sauces on the ravioli and the fish were absolutely outstanding. I had the ravioli, my wife had the fish. Best pasta I have ever had and that ncludes throughout northern Italy. The tiramisu had a chocolate gnache and was superb. I expected a good meal. What I got instead was a great one. Now let’s talk about the staff….the waiter was very attentive and skilled at creating warm dishes that were finished at the table. The owner? Manager came by and when he heard how much I loved the meal, brought out the chef . The chef even shared a couple of secrets that will improve my own sauces at home. What a great place. If you are ever in Louisville for dinner, do the place.

Wonderful experience at Steak and Bourbon. Love the Westport road location. Love the downtown vibe and the couch lounge feel. Fabulous service. Super loud obnoxious table next to us, but not restaurant fault. We return and the short rib pot roast is my favorite dish in louisville.

Our server Braylon was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with it comes to recommendations. Will definitely be back very soon.

Michael and Tate were fantastic! They were friendly, attentive and made it a very special date night for us. The bar staff was so great we even came back later in the evening for a drink and to get dessert to go. We had multiple encounters with management as well and they were all so welcoming and helpful. We’ll be back to Jeff Ruby’s when we’re back in Louisville.
